Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

Contact with us

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data unless you expressly ask us to do so. We would like to point out that the transmission of data on the Internet can in principle have security gaps. We cannot accept any liability for damage caused by third parties due to such security gaps. If you contact us by telephone, your name and telephone number will be stored by us. The data you provide will be deleted no later than three years after your last contact. The use of all public contact data by third parties for the purpose of advertising is expressly prohibited. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. Cookies help to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable our website to recognize your browser the next time you visit. If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated completely, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

Your Rights

In general, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Datenschutzbehörde.

Integration of third-party services and content

This website uses web fonts from Typekit. This requires that the provider of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party provider") recognizes the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, Typekit cannot send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We have no influence on whether a third-party provider stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.

Information on data

The user has the right, upon request and free of charge, to receive information about the personal data that has been stored about them. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete their personal data, insofar as this does not conflict with any statutory retention obligation.
