THE PATH OF VIRTUE IS NARROW... Susanne Czerny, a detective of the homicide squad, is investigating a murder case in her own division. Miller, the head of the disciplinary commission was found murdered in the river Wien. Miller had many enemies. Susanne Czerny wasn`t among them. On the contrary. She had a secret and passionate affair with him. To her amazement she realizes that Miller has filed a substantial disciplinary record against her. Her attempt to solve the mysterious murder case turns into a nightmarish journey into her own abyss. The 45 minute TV-film was produced within the '8x45-Mystery' scheme, a young director's competition initiated by the ORF and the Austrian Film Institute.
